My blood pressure has suddenly got a lot higher over the past month, (my readings are about 150/85 or higher) at the same time my pulsatile tinnitus has got a lot worse. I’ve had blood tests for the raised by and all came back fine. I’m in physical pain with a back injury so that might account for it, but I’m really scared I’m heading for a stroke. I’ve had PVCs for 5 years and take Flecainide and Verapamil. Has anyone else had increased tinnitus with high bp? I’m waiting for a referral to ENT but the first one was rejected. Any thoughts would be gratefully received.

Are you above your optimal weight? If so, it may explain the PVCs and elevated blood pressure. If you haven't already done so, consider adopting the Mediterranean Diet and a simple daily exercise regimen to help you normalize your weight.
I have a pinned post to the right side of this page "How I Conquered Heart-Disease and What I Have Learned in the Process". I encourage you to read it.
Thank you, I’ll look into that. I’m very fit, work as a gardener so I’m active every day usually for 5 hours, have been vegetarian since the age of 13 (I’m 60 now), don’t drink or smoke (never have), which is why I’m surprised at this turn of events, but both my parents had heart and circulation problems so maybe it’s my genetic inheritance. I’ve also been in pain from a damaged vertebra so that could explain it. I’ve heard the Med diet has good results so I’ll take that on board. Thanks for replying.
