Back from the cardiologist

Today I had a follow up visit and my cardio basically said I’m in good health and no need to come back to her. She keeps insisting my heart palpitations are due to anxiety. I however am having a very difficult time believing it. Don’t get me wrong I want to believe her but I just can’t get over how this horrible physical symptom can be mental. They happened all day long with just about anything I do and don’t do... I sneeze and my heart starts to beat irregular also with bending over, laying down (witch feel like a bomb just went off in my chest), talking, walking and even when I do a bowel movement. So how can that be my mental state causing pvc/pac/SVT?

I can feel them here as I’m writing this!!!

My BP is 115/56 and my cholesterol is a bit high but she said there’s nothing to be concerned about, what do you think? I added a picture of my results.
