Second baby
We have been trying for baby number 2 and I've had the realisation that I don't think I want another one. My daughter is now 4 and a half and it was a big decision to try again after being in the m and b unit for 8 months after her birth and PP. Is there anyone else on here that has decided to stick

News stories. (trigger warning)
In Melbourne overnight it has been confirmed that a 15mth has tragically died as the result of her mother being (I assume) unwell. I'm not sure this story is about PP but it definitely reminds me of the possibility of the tragedy that can occur due to PP. I'm often confronted by these stories and am

Preparing for baby number 2
The
psychosis
lasted about 2 weeks but was followed by cycles of extreme low mood/anxiety which lasted 9months. After lots of different meds I went onto lithium and an antidepressant.

How do colours affect you?
Green is a colour that calms: A few years ago I was having big problems with mild '
psychosis
' - my brain was having problems filtering out signals that were less important from those that were important - so it was like everyone was shouting at me if I was in a space where people were talking and if

Metoclopramide and PP?
I know google is sometimes a dangerous thing but I've done a bit of digging since then and it seems there is a link (however small) between metoclopramide and
psychosis
so I was interested to see if there were other mums out there who experienced PP after taking this anti sickness medication?

Anyone else has continuing mental problems years after treatment for Graves' and TED?
I was lucky, I could have ended up being sectioned and treated for
psychosis
! Now it is 2016 and my personality never has returned to normal.

Impermanence
As some of you probably know I have been supported by APP whilst getting prepared for my art exhibition and thus, raising awareness of Post Partum
Psychosis
. I exhibited my emotional paintings (55 pieces) for 2 weeks at Taunton Library in Somerset in the first 2 weeks of February.

I felt she tried to analyse the PP episodes and the brief reactive
psychosis
i had ten years ago,my previous psychiatrist has said techinally because of this I can be diagnosed as bipolar,I seriously questioned this as before the brief
psychosis
(which was stress induced) before this is never had meds

Non restorative sleep destroying life
It was so severe for many months that I eventually fell into
psychosis
from lack of sleep and had to be hospitalized.

Sleep & relaxation & clinical guidelines
I'd really like to have this as a national standard of care for anyone who has had PPP in the UK (and is therefore at risk of having
psychosis
again) - does anyone have any ideas on how to do this? Would it be NICE guidelines?
