Recovery journey
I feel that I need some help. Had PP in Feb this year 5 weeks after my baby was born. It was the scariest thing that has ever happened to me. Came off olanzapine one month ago. Feel like I am just scared all the time I will get ill again. I have got only external stressors in my life too which doesn

Anyone feel like a "meltdown" is coming g but it doesn't come?
Its like all my
psychosis
and schizophrenia fears are back even though I know I'm okay and that they're just REALLY bad anxiety attacks per therapist. Any advice? Does it means one's gonna happen?

You WILL get better, and you can lose weight!
Postpartum
psychosis
: You WILL get better, and you can lose weight! I had PP in February 2016. It started during labour. I was sectioned, treated in a mixed acute ward and then spent over 3 months in a Mother and Baby Unit.

Contraceptive coil after pp
Hi everyone, can anyone share their experiences of getting a contraceptive coil fitted after having puerprral
psychosis
. I want to get one fitted and can't get a copper one as my periods are so heavy anyway and it will make them worse apparently.

Another child suffering with

Good Morning, Racing Thoughts :\
In my manic episode, I was experiencing
psychosis
, specifically delusions. It was something I never experienced before. I had a complete breakdown and literally thought I was in contact with the President. I am so embarassed admitting that, but it is what happened and I need to accept it.

Thyroid?!
I’ve been fearing
psychosis
and schizophrenia and such. However, someone mentioned getting my thyroid checked. Could this cause such a “flare up”? Could this cause a feeling of loss of reality?

Severe OCD?
Anyone with OCD have a debilitating fear of schizophrenia and
psychosis
? How can you convince yourself that you aren’t approaching either? Currently I’m freaking out because my ears ring and from my mental breakdown a few days ago it made me have violent intrusive thoughts.

Finally home
I really feel that postpartum
psychosis
has ruined my life. In 2016 I had everything, and now that’s all gone, and I couldn’t be more miserable if I tried. I’m so sad, if I could turn back time and change things I would.

Trapped
I feel like I’m going into
psychosis
but my counselor and family has said since I understand it’s not normal, I’m not. But I built up such a fear I can’t get out of it.

Fear of physical and mental illnesses
I know some people with schizophrenia only experience
psychosis
once or twice but... I don't want that. I don't want anything that tough to deal with. Any coping strategies for this? My therapist I have now recommends mindfulness but that hasn't been working much.
