Regaining Confidence After PP
Hi All, I had PP in August of last year, with no previous psychiatric history and it pretty much destroyed my confidence. Over a year later I am still struggling to get my confidence back, even though I was always a confident person before. Any tips to help get this back? It doesn't help that

I'm new here, and I have GAD, Psychosis, and major depression.
Hi, I am new to this site. I have a fairly good life currently. I have a full time job, can function, have an amazing family, and have everything I need in life. But I have very severe mental illnesses that I try to hide behind medication.. I grew up as a happy child, with most of my whole family always

Helpless and hurting
She is still refusing to take two medications that will help her with her mania and
psychosis
. I visited her lastnight . It was one of the most painful experiences. She was too paranoid to even allow me to hug her. Nothing that she said made sense.
