My son’s PSA rose a bit today.
Two months later his
PSA
jumped to 22 .He’s been taking his medicine since last December January, and also completed six weeks of IMRT middle of March. I’ve attached his
PSA
all the way from 22 down to <.01 3 months ago. And now today’s
PSA
bumped up a little bit to <.10 .

PSA trippled since last Lupron infusion
My
PSA
was 0.05 between February 2023 and June 2023, then in September it ticked higher to 0.06 and at yesterday's Lupron injection it was 0.17. Should I be concerned? Anybody with similar experience: what did you do? Am I CR or still CS? Should I ask for Lu-177/Pluvicto ASAP? Thanks for reading.

Post triple therapy options?
The
PSA
numbers came down gradually, but seem to be stalling around 1.3. (Three weeks earlier it was 1.5). My impression was that the
PSA
should ideally be close to zero, and I'm concerned that the 1.3 level may reflect some castrate-resistance and active tumor(s).

Tough decision
PSA
has bounced around but highest was 6.43 this April last week 5.13. Because of my recent MRI shows growth on the lesion and possible extracasular extension. So I have made the decision to get treatment. Was leaning towards SBRT.

Chemo Failed
His
PSA
went from 0.58 to 2.3. Things he tried: Lupron (on for years before failed) Zytiga (worked for 18 months) Orchidectomy Then the chemo. He is not a candidate for radiation because of a previous cancer. He is going to get a PET scan and go back to oncologist in 6 weeks.

PSA Tests
Every 6 months, I get a standard
PSA
test (following surgery and radiation four years ago) and it is "undetectable". Under what conditions is an ultrasensitive
PSA
test useful?

Sclerosis due to cancer or treatment?
My testosterone levels have been consistently low and my
PSA
has been at 0.12 the last two months. Anyone has experience with hip pain like this? I have not done any radiation or chemo and do not have any history of pain in this area.

Clarity Update: Complete response in first patient ever treated with 2 doses of Cu-67 SAR-bisPSMA at 8GBq
The patient remains with undetectable levels of Prostate Specific Antigen (
PSA

Which treatment option best for recurrent oligo?
I don´t know if his stance is affected by his cancer clinic making its big money on radiation. 2 ADT + Abiraterone Since I have undetectable
PSA
˂0.1 (1.7 at dx): 3 ADT + Chemotherapy The only study I can find on treatment for low-
PSA
indicates that adding docetaxel to standard of care

Docetaxel - how many rounds did you have?
With my husband's recent
PSA
reading of 5 (down from 162 before we started chemo), it appears still to be working for him. Our MO plans to continue as long as it works and his body tolerates it.
