PSA trippled since last Lupron infusion

My PSA was 0.05 between February 2023 and June 2023, then in September it ticked higher to 0.06 and at yesterday's Lupron injection it was 0.17. Should I be concerned? Anybody with similar experience: what did you do? Am I CR or still CS? Should I ask for Lu-177/Pluvicto ASAP? Thanks for reading.

What was your testosterone level before your Lupron injection? Was it wearing off?

I don't see it in the test results. In fact it was never there after the lupron injections, unless I am missing something. Is there a different name for it or abbreviation? I will ask my oncologist. Thank you for your reply!

My last testosterone test was in March 2023. T was 10ng/dL. Next test will be in January. Not sure why such a long gap between tests. Is this normal?

Just retest PSA now that you've had a shot.

Thank you. They do this routinely at Dana-Farber where I go for second opinion. Is it possible the PSA can go down from here? I think most of the time once it starts rising it never goes back.

What I'm saying is that your last Lupron shot may have started to wear off before you got your current shot. If it wears off your testosterone level may have already started to climb. That could explain the PSA increase. Just re-test to see if it's still elevated after your last Lupron shot.

Thanks John. Your jokes always cheer me up. But I think you got it wrong this time. It is horse behind the cart, isn't it?

Merry Christmas!
