Stage 4, GL 9 seeking advice
My blood work is good:
PSA
0.95 down from 70 and every other marker is green. Where do I go from here? My Gleason 4 plus 5, which is a little better than 5 plus 4. The cancer is literally all over -- multiple sites.

Ferritin and Haemoglobin levels
His
PSA
has been increasing for the last 18 months (he was diagnosed August 2022) so his oncologist sent him for a scan after the 4th radium infusion which is how the lung nodules were discovered. His haemoglobin levels are down to 68 (or is it 6.8 in the US?)

2018 still kicking
PSA
is still 0.1 bone mets, which are still multiple but stable, either no uptake or diminished some. My only treatments have been Zytiga and Prendisone with Eligard injection every six months. I also received Provenge infusions back in 2019 so far, so good.

PSA raise
Last
PSA
result was 0.89 (14/07/2023). But as he was getting better and the effects of chemotherapy (mainly neuropathy) were subsiding, the
PSA
test which was done yesterday showed that it has increased and is 2.31. We will repeat the
PSA
test again in 1 month.

options after Docetaxel
Once his
PSA
starting trending upwards he was put on several sessions of Docetaxel. Unfortunately at this time, he did not received Lupron as he should have. By this time his
PSA
was up to 67. As soon as he received the Lupron, it dropped to 26.

Does this sound right? Any advice appreciated.
Took
PSA
in February, score jumped to 25. 4k test done, results are 30% which puts him in the high risk category for aggressive cancer. Took
PSA
again and it went up to 30 so doctor ordered another biopsy. Biopsy came back clear (standard biopsy, 12 punches).

Any treatment after Lu-177 (Pluvicto)?
I have metastatic prostate cancer and have taken two Pluvicto infusions, but my
PSA
has gone UP from 2,000 to 3,000. I understand this is the end of the line...unless anyone online has information on where to go from here. Frank.

Testosterone back to normal
I was diagnosed with PC last April 2023 with
PSA
of 125. Darilutimide and Relogolix, along with HIIT, plant based diet, and various supplements brought it down to .006. My MO granted a holiday about 6-7 weeks ago, and yesterday, I had my testosterone score.

considering stopping adt/abiraterone to see what happens
it’s been 8 months since I found myself to have a
PSA
of 70, it is now 0.0 and I am due for the ADT injection. I have coupled standard treatment with rife, mushrooms, ivermectin, fenbendazole, apricot seeds, green tea, vit e, graviola.

Recovery of Testosterone
Of course the
PSA
could go south in the future and the cancer could return but I will take the good news for now. Hoping others have similar results.

Should go into the OMAHA2a ODM-208 (MK-5684-004): phase 3 trial?
MO is suggesting that I should go into the ODM-208 (MK-5684): phase 3 trial if
PSA
rises above 1.0.
PSA
of 1.0 or above is a entry requirement for the trial, presumable to be sure that my current treatment has failed.

Getting Tired of This Sh*t
For some reason, they ran my
PSA
two times from the same blood draw. I had two different results: 21.51 and 30.0. Prior to my infusion at Stanford today, Stanford did a blood draw to compare their results with Quest.

4.7 PSA
Had my levels tested a year ago which was 3.2 and just last week they were tested again which shows 4.7. Considering my age my consultant thinks it's just inflammation but has ordered a MRI to have it checked. Is 4.7 any reason to be concerned?

Anyone out there start Pluvicto at 85 or older?…Oncologist wants me to try but I’m Hesitant due to side effects possible…
months of BAT…He says I’ll tolerate it good and if not we can just quit….I know you just can’t quit and in 3 days the Pluvicto is gone…At this stage (I’m 86 in a week) I don’t think I could recover from possible Pluvicto side effects….I want to go with BAT again using either zytega or Xtandi to get my

Update Castrate Resistant Metastatic Cancer
My metastatic prostate cancer was diagnosed castrate resistant on November 1 with
PSA
of 0.8, which was doubling in about two months while on Lupron. On November 10 I started Abiraterone + prednisone. By December 1 my
PSA
dropped to 0.44 in 22 days on Abiraterone.

Is there any order to when new medications or PARP inhibitor are tried?
I believe this is causing my
PSA
to rise. I prefer to radiate, as I finally have my colitis under control with no more bleeding, it’s been a long road with that issue since last July What number
PSA
do I wait to before getting a pet scan?
