Testosterone back to normal

I was diagnosed with PC last April 2023 with PSA of 125. Darilutimide and Relogolix, along with HIIT, plant based diet, and various supplements brought it down to .006. My MO granted a holiday about 6-7 weeks ago, and yesterday, I had my testosterone score. It is back to 312, which is above the number 250, which starts the “normal range”. Glad to be on the holiday, but not yet noticed much changes day to day.

So approximately 6 months on ADT. With a PSA of 150 at diagnosis, did you have metastatic spread?

❓❓Not six months for me…it was ten mont(s. My PSA was 125…OR are you talking about yourself?

Yes, I was low volume metastatic in 2-3 spots along my right femur. Nothing showing to lymph nodes or elsewhere.

I did ten sessions of radiation to that area, but declined chemo, surgery and radiation to prostate.

At my most recent doctor visit, the MO called me an “ Extraordinary Responder”.

I do not qualify, as they require 18 months of ADT, but there is a new study underway for men with most of my stats . Called A-something. A-Dream, I think

What was your Gleason score?

6 months is based on your post...you were dx'd April 2023....I assumed you started your meds in May...another 30 days for it to work and you stopped back in late December or Early January.

Good luck

Some info would be helpful regarding what Gleason Score results were from biopsy if you feel comfortable?

You should also have radiation to your prostate:
