Prostap and bleeding
Hi everyone. I’m on prostap 3monthly and add back tibolone for a max of 2years then a hysterectomy. I’m on my second injection and so far everything has been great, minimal pain and side effects seemed to have calmed down with HRT. However tonight I felt the dreaded feeling, I have started to bleed!

Periods after prostap
Hi I started my latest round of prostap in June 2020 and had my last injection in June 2021. I was on 3 monthly injections and stopped because it was no longer working. Since then my periods haven’t returned although I’m getting stomach cramps and other signs each month my period never shows up. If

Still bleeding on Prostap and Livial, is this normal…??
I have been on Prostap and Livial for two weeks now and have been bleeding for 9 days and passing large clots. Is it normal to still be bleeding this much. I honestly feel like I’m going mad, my whole body just doesn’t feel right, I’m all over the place and can’t seem to get the right advice anywhere

What's the relevance of low mean cell haemoglobin, but normal haemoglobin concentrate levels?
I'm confused about these results! Please can anyone help? What does mean cell haemoglobin mean? I I thought it meant I was anaemic, but my haemoglobin concentrate is normal. My ferritin is too low again I know. I understand my thyroid levels. I'd reduced T3 from 30 to 25mcg for 6 weeks hoping my TSH

ENDO SURGEON RECOMMENDATION LONDON
Hi all, I have grade 4 endometriosis and have had very extensive surgery over the last 15 years on many occasions with gynaecologists, colorectal and urologists together (yup.. that bad!) I had my last surgery 10 months ago and have just had another scan to show that I have a cyst that needs removing

Using Albutrix
I have been using Albutrix for one month. Until I receive my next blood and 24-hour urine test results, I do not know how well it works. I have read the entire book, Stopping Kidney Disease by Lee Hull. It is excellent. I have started to read some of the referenced scientific articles, such as:

2nd op/Prostap/Provera - which to choose ..?
Hello everyone, I am hoping for a bit of help/advice on behalf of my 19-year old daughter, who, after having a laperascopy a year ago to drain her ovarian cysts, has been told they are filling up again. She has been given the option of progesterone treatment (provera), Prostap for 1 year, or surgery

Surgery finally scheduled but feeling so lost!
Hey everyone, I hope you’re all doing as best you can, I had a phone call with my endo specialist a couple of days ago and I’m being scheduled for another laparoscopy as my endometriosis has returned from my 2017 surgery but it’s affecting my bladder and bowels a lot worse now. I’m grateful I’ve been

Pylarify and ADT question
Hello All , My father (74) was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer intermediate (on the border of favorable and unfavorable) with gleason 7, his bone scan and PET scan came out clean. After much fight I was able to get Pylarify approved. For members who have gotten the PSMA PET can you let me know

Low protein diet article
Low protein diets were discovered to help CKD and to postpone kidney failure as far back as the 19th century. Now it seems to be touted as a new approach. I found the article interesting. I was looking up diets to increase my protein since it's below normal on my last bloodwork and came across this

New! First referral to rheumatologist
Hi all, Question about whether I'm expecting too much? I've been lurking for a while as my symptoms resonated with many people on here and, having been referred by my less-than-great GP to see a rheumatologist, I have finally made an account. I have had pain in wrists for a long time, but summer 2021

Covid
Good evening. Husband and I had Covid 7 days ago, now we are negative. Our daughter has PCD, this morning the home test was positive, after 15 minutes the second test was negative, in the clinic the antigen test was negative, c-reactive protein 0-2. Has anyone had a similar experience, and what did you

Experience with the Mirena Coil for Endo
Hello, After not getting on with side effects of Prostap, my gynae is proposing to trial the Mirena Coil. I'm due to have it fitted at the end of this month. I've heard mixed reviews - from horror stories (re side effects) to success stories! I just wondered if anyone who's had the coil could share

Latest blood test results, where do I start?!
Afternoon everyone, I posted recently and went away to get some more blood tests, I've now got the bulk of the recent results. I'm on the waitlist for a total thyroidectomy but until then I'm just trying to improve my symptoms (mainly lack of patience, irritability, low libido, fatigue, anxiety etc
