Hi, this may be a long post… so I’m due my lap surgery on 27th Feb (been cancelled 2 times before now) I’ve also been on prostap injections 1 every month for 6 months. My endometriosis is deep pelvic so my uterus is sticking to my bowel. I also have retracting ovaries (never been explained to me).
I’m m lucky as I already have a little boy but I would love another so I’m just wondering how long it took everyone to fall pregnant after the prostap?
I’m really scared/nervous I won’t get to have another baby. I know I’m lucky to even have my little boy but I’d love to give him a brother or sister and just to experience it all again😔
Also terrified about getting put to sleep 🤦🏼♀️😂
I need some advice 😩
Thanks in advance

Hi.I can't advice you on prostap or having children as I am unable to have any after my laparscorpy surgery back in November 2021. I am glad you got to have your little boy.
Now I can help you on being nervous being put to sleep. I was more nervous being put to sleep then the natural surgery. The surgeon will come and talk to go through everything with you before you go in. There's no need to be nervous you will have a team around you to make sure all goes well.
I listened to calming music to help me to relax. It was the best sleep I ever had I was totally in dream land, you will be fine no need to be nervous.
All the best with your surgery and hope all goes well for you.
