Husband and I had Covid 7 days ago, now we are negative. Our daughter has PCD, this morning the home test was positive, after 15 minutes the second test was negative, in the clinic the antigen test was negative, c-reactive protein 0-2. Has anyone had a similar experience, and what did you do? I'm scared, thanks in advance. Greeting

Lots of people with PCD have had covid now and most have been absolutely fine or had mild-moderate symptoms. To our knowledge, nobody with PCD involved in the PCD-Covid study has had a hospital admission as a result.
Whilst it is odd to have had a positive test, followed by some negative tests, it is likely that given you have had covid in the house recently and she has tested positive at least once, that she probably does have it or has had it! We are not able to give medical advice and certainly if you are worried I would suggest you speak to your doctors.
This is the covid PCD study, which has live results that you can look at, which may be of interest: covid19pcd.ispm.ch/en/
In any case, I hope that she remains well and please do speak to your medical doctors if you have questions or concerns. From the Charity side of things, I can tell you that reassuringly, many people who have had covid with PCD report that they haven't felt too bad. I really hope this will continue! Best of luck, Lucy
