Update hcg levels rising
I would like to update everyone, I'm not miscarrying and apparently my hcg levels are rising well, I have been confirmed pregnant yay but there is still a chance it could be ectopic but unlikely because I don't have any of the symptoms apart from bleeding which the
progesterone
gel could have caused,

BFN up until evening of 11dp5dt. This morning, 12dp5dt, faint line.
I am on
progesterone
vaginal capsules 3 times a day. I will repeat tonight and tomorrow again to see if the line gets darker. In the Netherlands they don’t draw blood. ODT is 10-03-23.

Fluid on womb @ 2 week scan - FET
The clinic advised me to start my Cyclogest (
progesterone
) pessaries x2 per day in the hope it soaks up the fluid. Got another scan on Monday to check… also been advised to keep taking the oestrogen. If the fluid is gone I can have ET on Tuesday but if not the cycle will be cancelled….

Between treatment pain
My first gynae had already put me on Cerelle (
progesterone
only contraceptive 75mg) and the gynae surgeon said I could stay on this or switch to dienogest. As we know the flare ups switching can cause I stuck to the pill.

Post partum TPO
Her T4 is also on the lower end of 'normal' Worryingly her
progesterone
has also come back as low. She does want more kids and her cycle has been all over the show since she gave birth.

Progesterone after embryo transfer. Please help!
I was on Duphaston and Crinone leading up to the transfer but the nurse gave me a
progesterone
in oil injection today and now I’m unsure if I need to take the Duphaston and Crinone tonight? Would that be too much
progesterone
for the embaby?🥺

Post-menopausal PD friends: Estrogen patch?
My gynecologist just Rx'd an estrogen (plus
progesterone
because I still have a uterus) patch. My MDS says he's fine with me trying it. Does anyone here have any experience with it? I'm just wondering if there are any benefits or "gotchas" that are unique to WWP.

Fibroid in the adenomyosis or just adenomyosis?
Was given bio identical
progesterone
which cut my persistent bleeding by 90%. The period came on and I restarted bleeding like crazy with blood clots passing through that almost I felt like fainting. Admitted to the UCLH where I was scanned again and they do not see any fibroid.

Advice please BFP 10dp5dt but still brown spotting since 8dp
My
progesterone
was low the day before transfer but if it’s worked it must have risen ok, I just don’t know if the spotting is implantation or old blood working it’s way out or if my
progesterone
needs checking!

Progesterone and oestradiol levels before transfer - can they be too high?
Hi Does anyone know what
progesterone
(nmol/L) and oestradiol (pmol/L) levels should be for a frozen transfer? I've just had an ERA and had these measured that day to help inform for the real transfer, whenever that might be! I know the
progesterone
in particular must not be too low.

Scans relating to ERA, EMMA and ALICE
I received my next steps later on and was told to introduce
progesterone
on Wednesday, which will be Day 14. There was no mention in my instructions regarding a further scan. My understanding is they start you on
progesterone
when the lining is sufficient.

At Rock bottom
However a year on was slipping again and so GP increased my
progesterone
capsules and gel pumps and I started getting crippling migraines that went on for days. So I requested to try patches as had heard from colleagues that they had worked better for them.

buserelin trigger for fresh transfer
They gave me a small dose of HCG, and I was on estrogen and
progesterone
. we had a perfect AA hatching embryo transferred and all along they have said my lining was perfect etc The fresh transfer failed.. could the buserelin have been the reason for this?

🔥 Hot Topic – Endometriosis and Menopause
The two main hormones used are oestrogen and
progesterone
. HRT may be recommended by your healthcare practitioner, usually for those who are struggling with menopause symptoms or as a preventative for other health conditions.

Another useless Endo appointment - anti anxiety drugs are apparently the answer to chronic insomnia?!
(I am not depressed either). She then said it was perimenopause, and would put me on
progesterone
HRT.
