ibs d .. desperate for help
I am so tired of enduring this every single morning. I wake up with slight cramping and immediately have a bowel movement. Often formed but loose. Followed by another BM 30 minutes later. And maybe one or 2 more depending on the day all before 12. I'm breastfeeding my 8 month old and have 2 other kids

Probiotics (endo + IBS)
Hello - Are there any particular
probiotics
that worked (or didn’t work) for you if you suffer from IBS symptoms? I follow plant-based diet (after 3 months of restrictive Low FODMAP, now re-introducing various foods back; gluten free).

UTI symptoms, could it be inflammation?
I’m taking
probiotics
and I’ve never tested positive for thrush , but thought it a possibility after all the antibiotics. Also I dip samples and they’re clear . I did read we can have embedded bacteria in the bladder that shows itself during stressful times . But I’m not sure about this .

Has anyone else had heart complications after their Covid jab(s)? For me, no health issues, medication or family history prior.
Background: 68 year old male, no underlying medical conditions, no daily medication (Until this situation), other than tumeric,
probiotics
& multivitamins. Active, non smoker (never smoked), a little alcohol, no recreational drugs, no caffeine (tea or coffee), avoid dairy products & red meat.

IBS in children
The consultant has suggested things like peppermint and
probiotics
for us to try as well as medication- but I don't know where to start. I wondered if anyone had any advice. Thanks for reading this rather long post.

Latest results after feeling awful on increased levothyroxine
I started taking
probiotics
a couple of weeks ago, on the advice of my functional doctor. Tests were all done at about 9.30am after no food and only water to drink. I stopped supplements a week beforehand and didn’t take levothyroxine until after my test (I usually take it as soon as I wake up).

Akkermansia
No doubt there are many who dismiss the idea that the gut microbiome has a role to play in the management of advanced PCa, but the Akkermansia muciniphila story is fascinating, so stay with me. My interest in Akkermansia is recent & triggered by the midnight research of an industrious Swedish

Verzenio and diarrhea
Hello, I have been on Verzenio for 4 weeks (started 5/1/2021) I haven't had diarrhea everyday but after the first week being on it's been an ongoing battle. I am trying to alter my diet to try not to aggravate the issue. I also have a very sore rectum which feels like I have hemorrhoid's but I don't

Test results, opinion please
I take B12, D+K2, magnesium, b-complex, C, zinc, selenium,
probiotics
. Also LDN. Test fasting, 9.30am, levo taken after Same brand, Northstar Appt with endo in couple weeks. He suggested last time that T3 might be needed. But given that it is in top 1/3rd of range, would this be useful?

I've read some info on Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 probiotic and the results look promising. More info on Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 can be found on the website of US national library of Medicine / National Institutes of Health https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=MTCC+5856&sort=date&size=20 Probiotic

Summer fun in a Bowl! 😋❤️☀️🌻🌺
It has been hot in Southern California and I can’t believe I have to turn on my central air already. 😅 Açaí fruit bowl is one of my favorite summer time treats. 😋 Because it is still high on sugar so what I do is split in half of the açaí berry portion and mix with my oatmeal and chia seeds. Also,
