My consultant always recommends Symprove along with all the other specialists. It’s not cheap but you can get it for about £50 a month. Probiotics has been the only thing that has made any difference for me so well worth it. Alflorex is another recommended one specifically for IBS and cheaper.

Alflorex which has been scientifically studied for IBS. I have tried a few over the years and Alflorex worked best for me.
