Probiotics (endo + IBS)

Hello - Are there any particular probiotics that worked (or didn’t work) for you if you suffer from IBS symptoms? I follow plant-based diet (after 3 months of restrictive Low FODMAP, now re-introducing various foods back; gluten free). I’m about to run out of Optibac (blue one - which worked well but I haven’t tried anything else hence my query here) and wondered what others tried with similar condition - prior to dietary changes I suffered from IBS every day and my periods and ovulation were a nightmare, over the many months things got under control on the GI-side except for the period and ovulation time but it’s a huge improvement and relief already

sauerkraut is my to go to . natural and cheap. are you looking in a form of a pill?

I love fermented foods 💚 I’m looking for a pill as my gut needs a bit more additional support, at least for the time being, while it’s on its way to regain balance 🙏
