2 year old Toddler with RLS
Hi there! Came here out of desperation. My soon to be 2 year old has had terrible sleep since day 1. He is extremely hyperactive, and would be up in the middle of the night for hours. We tried every natural syrup or solution recommended by doctors. Finally saw a neurologist and he suggested RLS. We are

IBS and menstuation
I usually manage my condition with food and
probiotics
. I have piles and my GP told me to avoid Imodium. I’m struggling to manage my symptoms any advice as I feel there is nothing I can do during a flare up. Thanks

So much discomfort during the years.
I started taking
probiotics
and that seemed to help. About 5 years ago, while on a 4 hour flight, I started vomitting and couldn't stop.

Probiotics anyone?
It was suggested by a caring neighbour (who I think is fed up with my constant hacking cough) that I take some
probiotics
to aid my recovery. I fully understand that we in the RA gang need to be super-careful what we add to our mix of meds, but I was wondering how you all felt about the topic?

RLS and menopause
Hey ladies! I’m suffering with menopause. What can I take to get some relief that won’t exasperate my RLS. Currently, I take the lowest dose of pramipexole and it’s under control , along with a probiotic, and krill oil. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I also take Vit D, K2, Zince, Magnesium, Evening primose,

Hello all of you HU people ~ I am the wife of a PwP, dx 12/29/2020. Our history ( very briefly) ~ left sides tremors and anxiety, mostly. We tried B1 HCL ~ didn’t work. Tried Thiamine mononitrate and that seemed to work for a while Recently I took hubby off all B1. None of them seemed to work

FET transfer looming- feeling clueless
What
probiotics
are recommended? 7. What vitamins/supplements are recommended? (Previously taken Impryl/ folic acid and vit D but don’t know if Impryl is useful for a FET) 8. Do we go for another cycle to bank more embryos given my age?

Best tool you could ever keep in your wallet and it only takes only minutes to d o!
Do you hate when you go to the doctor and they ask what your medicines are and if you've had any changes lately. Your mind then goes back over the long list of medicines and supplements you are currently taking and you're supposed to know milligrams and of dosage etc . It's darn near impossible to do

I was researching some
probiotics
for myself to boost my intake of vitamins. I think I might have made a mistake I didn't look closely at what is in them. Can someone help me with this query. Is B12 bad for ckd at 2.5. ug per capsule Is inulin bad for ckd at the rate of 100mg per capsule.

Has anyone tried water kefir?
I'm sorry, I seem to be doing an awful lot of posting recently. I hope I'm not making a nuisance of myself :/ Has anyone tried water kefir? I am a bit scary about taking probiotic capsules with billions of bacteria, because to my logic, it's a huge plunge and the one thing I don't want to do is

I’m taking
probiotics
, kefir and prunes to keep stools soft. Also trying to identify any triggers - I think a lentil dhal which I ate a couple of days last week made me feel worse. I’ve been looking at Fodmap but it seems you need a dietician referral - should I ask the GP about that?

Some have suggested taking
probiotics
. I’m not a yogurt fan so don’t want to try that. Other suggestions for brands I might try? TIA.
