Help for neuropathy in foot
Can anyone give me ideas on how I can help the neuropathy in my foot? I have trapped nerves in my back which causes more problems in my foot than anywhere else and was diagnosed with neuropathy a few years ago. I usually only experience cramps in my toes and general pain and tingling in my foot.

BMB was fine. Thank you all for your good wishes
Thank you all for wishing me well with the BMB yesterday. The procedure went OK, helped by 1 gm lorazepam and all the entenox( gas and air - nitrous oxide) I could inhale. And a very friendly Portugese nurse. I was told that they got a good core. Apart from being a bit sore today ( so I’ve been

I'm a husband to an amazing wife that is being destroyed by depression and is unwilling to seek treatment, as she feels she is going to be cast aside, and no amount of begging or pleading is helping to change her mind, she is at the point of wanting to take her life to ease the pain she is feeling and

Health Anxiety
Ah the irony of health anxiety. I had an appointment with my GP today. I was horribly ill all of December and into the first week of January. So today, I had to catch up with my GP to start up my IBS meds. My GP is so lovely. But was running half an hour late. I am a real germaphobe. The longer I sat

HEART in the THROAT sensation is bothersome, I find taking Lorazepam 1mg 3X a day calms me down and makes it much less noticeable.
Now 2 months after being diagnosed with AFIB (most of the time per my BP monitor) and I'm trying to deal with it. I guess the throat sensations are Ectopic Beats/PVC. As a caregiver to my adult son who has a brain injury, OCD and Epilepsy, I have anxiety for his future when I'm gone. This doesn't help

Diazepam
Hi I’ve been prescribed Diazepam by my GP on a few occasions over the last 18 months. My health anxiety is very severe and I’ve ended up at the hospital over 60 times thinking it’s that’s bad. I know acceptance is the answer and I am practicing but sometimes I just need some reprieve from the relentless

Antidepressant discontinuation and Gad diagnosis.
Hello all, I was wondering if anyone who has been diagnosed with GAD had previously come off an antidepressant ( for depression) and suffered bad withdrawal symptoms which led to a GAD diagnosis - which happened to me! I had tried to convince my Doctor and Pschyciatrist that is was withdrawal but
