My tinnitus journey continues
Hi guys I’m writing this in need of a bit of guidance and advice. When my tinnitus first started due to loud music and machine use at work (gardening) it was absolutely horrendous. The volume was incredible, left ear buzzing, unable to think or read and when people spoke to me it was hard to even hear

Lower back pain won't abate, since Carbimazole
Hi guys I lifted something awkwardly about 4.5 weeks ago (whilst having been on Carbimazole for about 10 days prior) and pulled my back out. In the process. This kind of thing has happened before to me and I'm sure most people on the planet. However, the pain usually abates and flexibility returns

Can't see any way out.
Can't see any way out. Today has been one of my worst days so far. I'm supposed to be on 45mg Mirtazapine and 10mg Diazepam daily. But the increase from 30mg to 45mg Mirtazapine has not been helpful so I have been chipping bits off and only took 8mg Diazepam yesterday. I've just taken another 6mg today

Is waking up in the morning a really bad time for your anxiety?
Know the feeling? You wake up and instead of feeling energised and refreshed you feel tired and high anxiety is at its worst. Some people say the reason is the sudden awareness that we face another day of stress, bad feelings and tasks made more difficult by our tendency to exaggerate them ten fold.

RLS and CBD
Hi all, after suffering from RLS for more than 40 years, I was wondering if anyone had tried CBD products to ease their symptoms. My only visit to a GP was met with scepticism and the comment " Oh, you must be a Daily Mail reader ". Followed by a dismissive prescription for diazepam. Four or five hours

New to this and scared
Hello everyone. I am brand new to any type of forum like this. I am overwhelmed and afraid. I don't want this (duh!) and I'm afraid it isn't going to get better, and yet, it HAS to, right? I need to trust my doctor, but that's hard. I know he isn't perfect and what works for one, doesn't work for
