Some More Info on Odd Things That Can Cause or Aggavate Anxiety & Depression
I'm still on
potassium
, magnesium
citrate
& Vit D-3. High sodium intake is an aggravation to the whole situation. But, I'm working on it and I'm spreading the word. As I say, a blood test for nutirient levels in your body should be a must.

Magnesium supplement and ectopics
I have had quite a few ectopocs recently, and have heard that a magnesium supplement may be useful to prevent them. I have found a store which sells magnesium citrate. But do I need to inform/consult with a doctor before starting to take the supplement?

Diahrrea problem and Magnesium.
I started Magnesium citrate daily for muscle cramps and sore muscles. This could have started the diarrhea. So I completely stopped, but purchased some magnesium chelate which I'm not going to try until the diarrhea has stopped. It started to firm up when I increased my Naturethroid by one pill 48.75

More On Odd Disorders That Can Cause Anxiety & Depression
With a solid regimine of prescription
potassium
, prescription vit d-3, magnesium
citrate
& a few other vitamins, I improved right away. For me, sodium is a problem too. I eat way more salt then I should, This dehydrates me and aggravates the Hypokalemia too. I'm working on it, though.

Newbie introduction
Hello all, Just to give you a bit of personal history. I had my first incident of AF 5 years ago at the tender age of 36. I was cardioverted electrically and that sorted out my rhythm and pulse rate. I was then referred to a cardiologist, had echocardiograms and other blood tests. The cardiologist said

What Are The Benefits of Different Types of Magnesium? Magnesium Oxide Magnesium Oxide (MgO) is simply bonded to oxygen, which is obviously also something your body needs so there is nothing unnecessary in the product. The oxygen is useable by your body but will not strongly affect the way you feel

Magnesium citrate supplement for post op constipation..
Just a recommendation that has personally helped me ward of any constipation (which I am prone to) after lap surgery, is taking a couple of 100 mg capsules at bedtime. It has really helped keep my bowels working, (doesn't give me loose stools or anything) aswell as drinking enough water/fluids. I know

My latest blood test results - is everything now normal?
I was newly diagnosed as Hashi's in January/February this year (blood results previously posted) but not put on any medication because my TSH after a second test became in range. The only problem then was my deficient Vitamin D3 which has now been corrected with a prescription from the GP of Invita
