Hi everyone,

I am looking to purchase Magnesium Citrate, Vitamin K2 MK-7 and Sublingual B12, but I don't know which brand and dosage to buy for each of these.

Can you recommend any particular brands and dosage that you have tried and are happy with?

Many thanks for your help,

Personally, I prefer to buy supplements with as few extra added ingredients as possible.

For magnesium citrate I use Natural Calm Original, pure magnesium citrate powder and nothing else (the Original is not flavoured). You can start low and build up to the amount that suits you. I dissolve mine in a small amount of warm water then add orange juice, quite tasty.

I usually buy from Amazon but the price is a bit higher than normal at the moment, I expect stocks are low and the price may come down a bit when new stock arrives.

I usually pay about £26 for the 16oz size. There are 113 servings at the recommended dose.

For K2-mk7 I use a softgel with just minimal ingredients - K2-mk7 and Extra virgin olive oil which aids absorption, I buy it from here

There is one marketplace seller on Amazon slightly cheaper but a lot of reviews say their delivery time can be long.

Sublingual B12 I use Cytoplan

There's also Solgar or Jarrows but I don't know how the price compares.

B12 I highly recommend the BetterYou sublingual spray. It’s methylcobalamin which is a good active form. If you find yourself sensitive to supplements just start with 1 spray per day (they recommend 4 sprays which = 1200mcg/day)

I recommend BetterYou for K2 too, as it’s also offered as a sublingual spray.

Any particular reason you need citrate? (Constipation relief?)

If you don’t need citrate and can consider other forms I can recommend other types :)

Thank you. Yes I am eating gluten free so I need it for constipation relief.
