I’m here to help my stool with holding son overcome his fear of pooping.

Preferring alternative treatments to pharmaceutical laxative.

Currently doing a clean out using magnesium citrate.

I am also a fan of natural methods. I’m using magnesium too for my son and FOS which was suggested by the chiropractor. He has reacted badly to the picasulphate in the past and the movicol causes him great pain now due to trapped wind (still persisting with low dose movicol tho) .

Are you having success with the magnesium citrate?
