Does a normal echo mean my heart is healthy and structurally sound? I developed pretty severe anxiety and panic disorder back when I was 16 years old from a workout supplement I was taking causing me my first panic attack and caused my ptsd from triggering my episodes literally everyday up until I started

side effect from Buprenorphine and Naloxone sublingual film
I started taking Buprenorphine and Naloxone three weeks ago. Initially the RLS symptoms are pretty much relieved. Lately the same dosage I have been on which is about a little more than a quarter of the film (around 0.6-0,8 mg) not only gives me severe calf pain but also my legs still jumping all night

After getting back on Zoloft, my anxiety was improving. I went a full week without needing Ativan. I thought things were about to get back to normal. This week, I was hit again with panic attacks and anxiety. Now I'm spiraling in fear that the Zoloft isn't working anymore and I won't have a way to handle

Fatigue
Since being diagnosed with an inflammatory disorder three years ago I have suffered with various symptoms most of which are now well controlled and stable. The severe pain in my joints and other parts of my body and the excruciatingly painful headaches thankfully seem to be kept at bay by medication

Week 6 the down and the ups!!
Did Run 1 last Tuesday morning - went really well mainly because I was a bit wary after reading it catches people out after the glory of finishing Wk 5 Run 3. So I didn't get cocky and went bit slower and it was all lovely so was relieved that went well. Run 2 on Thursday morning was totally different

Moviprep & panicking
So I finally got my date today for colonoscopy this coming Wednesday. I thought they’d give me Citrafleet for the prep as my dad had one last week and that’s what he got but for some reason they gave me MoviPrep and I’m freaking out a little (a lot). I’ve read so much about this prep and it really

Well it is me again
Hello again, Well yesterday was my 1st therapy appointment. I think it went well, I do like her. Not really sure what to expect out of it all still. But I am open... On that note, today at work was a very bad anxiety and depression day. I feel it is only getting worse no matter what I do or how much

PERIODIC LIMB MOVEMENT DISORDER
I have not shared for a while. I would like to report that I have been taking the iron supplement every other day with orange juice. Also am taking 300 Gabapentin. I did a sleep study last year and it showed that the PLMD is not disturbing my sleep as it is now at a moderate amount. The sleep study

Stress MRI Normal!
I'm wanting to celebrate a bit. After a mildly abnormal stress echo in December, today I got the results for my stress MRI, and all function is normal and I'm clear. EP had said he thought the stress echo was a false result, appears he was right. I am elated! Sotalol still working great as well.

Pay rise turned down at work, sending me into an episode.
I just need to vent. I had been getting on really well, recovering from a bad episode of anxiety a couple of years ago, work was going really well, I was helping the projects I work on move forward, working hard, leading well, mentoring new staff, and feeling generally a lot better about my work life

Virtual Reality Therapy Anyone?
I’ve asked my providers (PCP, Neuro, pain) about virtual reality therapy for ms issues. They’ve never heard of it being used or prescribed. I’ve read about it online only. The benefits for cognitive, physical and speech therapy sound solid. There are specific programs to suit your needs. Mental too,

Seeking Understanding
I've had a random onset of severe anxiety and panic attacks. It started with one panic attack and since then I have been constantly making effort to direct my thoughts and body. I am exhausted and scared. My panic attacks include my hands, arms, face, and sometimes neck all becoming paralyzed. I can't
