PVCs with anxiety or anxiety with PVCs.

I am sooooooo tired of living with PVCs which flare up with my anxiety or wait did I just feel my heart flip flop and now I am anxious? Echo clear, blood pressure good, don't do caffine, well hydrated. Docs said once get your anxiety under control. Don't want to be on meds for pvcs. When I am so calm and rested they are mostly gone. How can I live like so calm all the time it's like I can't sneeze with these coming up. I literally have to be a sleeping meditating princess then they are tolerable. Who can live with these things and how!!!??? I don't want pvc ablation and would not consistently have enough pvcs to warrant it. Ughhhhh

They don't feel great at all. I completely understand what you are going through
