Thetford Parkrun - I cried
Well, after a week of silence from me, I have to tell you that I did my first Parkrun on Saturday, spurred on by my buddies and I watching the tv programme on Monday. Firstly, never go to a Parkrun with a cider hangover. It is not good. This was due to being in the pub the night before, celebrating

Neb + PEP therapy with Pari LC Sprint
I’m using the Pari LC Sprint chamber and mouthpiece at the moment because it’s the most comfortable for me to use, and I’m a vain 21yo who likes how it looks better than other ones haha Only issue is, I can’t attach my Acapella to it. I’m thinking of getting an Aerobika but wouldn’t want to get one

I Know I’m Not The Only One
*Trigger Warning: Contains explicit feelings and thoughts about PTSD* Restlessness. Racing thoughts. Constant battle to “get shit together”. Feeling disconnected(“people are normal and I’m not”) Feeling wrong to talk about PTSD with people on and on. Trying, failing, trying again. Overwork for distraction

Any real healing solutions for anxiety and PTSD?
Hi.. new here... I know what works for one may not work for others but... has anyone founds things that have helped them cope with social anxiety and/or PTSD? Anyone found healing and closure from previous trauma? If so how? Thanks!

30 mins IN PORTUGAL 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️😊😊😊
Cool morning with cloud cover. Camped by river . Flat foot path. Gave myself a pep talk and off I went . No C25K app playing . Had runsaver. Looked at time and it said 27.4 mins . So ran for 2 more songs on Iplayer. So must be over 30 mins . But had inadvertently stopped the run saver. Blast . But I

Why is is such hard work to get results!
Waiting on fna biopsy and barium swallow results is painful lol I've been told the consultant has them and that I will now have a follow up appointment which isnt for another few weeks so 5 weeks in total. The secretary said that she wouldn't of thought there would be anything to worry about but that

My story
Hello all I have recently watched the Lois Theroux programme and have been reading more about
post
partum
psychosis
. I had a dreadful experience after the birth of my daughter and am pretty sure it was PPP although I’m not sure what my diagnosis was as my memories are patchy.

Talk to expecting mums on my experience of PP
Hey guys, I’ve had PP twice, my boys are 2 and 1 years old so not all that long ago. I was very lucky that I recovered fairly quickly, I had never heard of PP before my illness. Ive been ask to share my experience with some expecting mums. I’m very aware that I need to not try and scare the mums but

Post-partum Psychosis after first baby - chances of it happening again?
I had my daughter nearly three years ago and was diagnosed with

. Fully recovered and considering second baby. What are the chances of it happening again? Has anyone gone on to have a second baby and not relapse?

Hiatus Hernia
Hey guys, is there someone who suffers from Hiatus Hernia and GERD? How do you deal and cope with the hiatus hernia please? My gastroenterologist has claimed that I do have a hiatus hernia which the size isn't small from an endoscopy. I did the barium test also and nothing serious has been found. But

PP before birth?
My psychosis started a month before I gave birth. It continued into postpartum but my big episode happened before I gave birth... would that still be considered pp? I’m having difficulty getting answers and a proper diagnosis. No one seems to know anything. Desperately looking for more information. Thanks
