I had a transvaginal scan a few months ago and they have said the results are likely in keeping with deep infiltrating endometriosis in the retro cervical area, left endometrioma and a endometrial
polyp

We came out of the cycle with one normal fertilised egg, should we get it tested for genetic abnormalities?
It looks like I have a
polyp
... we only have one egg after a round of IVF stims. Should I do as much as possible to make sure the uterine environment is perfect and risk the embryo dying in the genetic testing/freezing/thawing process?

Varying results on FIT tests
One benign
polyp
was removed and I was told to return in 10 years. I didn’t 🙁. I was in the thick of it with having toddlers but I have no justifiable excuse for having not gotten it done more recently. I did cologuard 2 1/2 years ago and it was negative.

An ultrasound on my liver was done which revealed that everything looked fine and dandy, wih liver, spleen, kidneys and pancreas all ok, apart from the discovery of a

Polyp removal results
Hi I had 2 polyps removed on Tuesday privately and have to wait for the test results from the lab to come back before we can progress with our cycle. I was just wondering if anyone had previously had this issue and how long their results took to come back. I am not normally an impatient person but

Improved?
Had investigations for right ear
polyp
that had been present for over 20 years but making routine ear micro suctioning difficult (long standing over production of ear wax). Had hearing test but waited for results (October 2023). Went to concert 3rd Nov and mistakenly did not wear ear plugs.

Could this be IBS?
it's very uncomfortable gastrointestinal wise I feel like nothing alleviates my symptoms when I'm going through a really tough time I had a positive FIT test last month which my doctor believes to be because I have an anal fissure but I was sent for a colonoscopy which was clear other than a 4mm

Last week the doctor took out a 2cm
polyp
in my sigmoid colon. My symptoms were blood in stool and rectal pressure. It came back as having some high grade dysplasia (precancerous) so I will need to repeat a colonoscopy in three years.

Ultrasound polyp despite negative hysteroscopy?
Quite a few times during ultrasound scans (for both FET and egg collection), they found an echoic area that they were worried it is a
polyp
. I've done a hysteroscopy it is all clear. But after that, I am still keep being told there is a
polyp
looking lining (always in the same location).

Diagnosis ????
I have had a couple of very high faecal calprotectin tests, benign bowel
polyp
removed during colonoscopy , small mesentery nodes found, high crp blood levels , and a positive hydrogen breath test. I'm currently waiting for a capsule scan which should be in the next week or so.

Worried
I was due to have a
polyp
removed on the day of surgery (4 Jan) I attended for day surgery but the anaesthetist wasn't happy that I had only been diagnosed with angina by my GP.

Could I have endometriosis?
I even had a colonoscopy where they did find and remove a small
polyp
, but results from that are normal and I have had rectal bleeding since it was removed. I was at the nurse just today as I feel like I have a UTI, peeing a lot and back pain/lower ab pain but all was clear.

Waiting for laparascopic Hysterectomy but struggling with womb and bowel symptoms
I had a Hysteroscopy 2 years ago because they thought I might have a
polyp
inside my womb. Nothing found and no answers. Since then I have tried various hormones (Norethisterone and Provera) but I had to stop taking these due to weight gain and side effects, hot flushes, etc.

Low platelets increased PT bloods and 'burning mouth syndrome' treatment.
Recent 6 month US was ok but a
polyp
found on gallbladder that my Hepatologist will 'keep an eye on' at my next 6 month scan. Since cirrhosis diagnosis on Jan 31st 2023 I have had no alcohol and weight is reducing -34kg since peak in lockdown and 19kg since start of this year.

Peace of Mind
As a result of all these investigations, I now know my ovaries are normal but a small
polyp
needs to be removed. Most importantly though, I now know I don't have colorectal cancer or any other concerning abnormalities.
