Corona virus and us !
Hi After having a heart attack 2 years ago my cardiologist suggested I get a flu jab every year and one off anti pneumonia jab, which I did . I’ve read that a lot of people who have the virus with underlying conditions and unfortunately pass away, do so as the result of pneumonia. So am I right in thinking

Chronic headaches after receiving the flu shot.
I’m so glad I fount this! I got the flu shot last year and the next day I started getting a headache which was told was a migraine that lasted 5 weeks! It has been a year now and Im still getting these horrible headaches that last a few days at least every month. Prior to this I was really healthy.

Vaccines
What do you all think about vaccines? I have shunned all vaccines for years even before I was made aware I had MS. Then I thought I heard if you had ms you should not get vaccines. I was reading the mssociety web page yesterday and it says regular flu shots are not only ok but encouraged. Who knew

12 weeks isolation or not?

Flu Shot & Long Term Unwellness
Greetings everyone, I know this is a touchy subject to some - but I was just wondering if anyone else out there has perhaps experienced what I have. I was diagnosed with Fibro about 5 years ago, after making literally dozens of trips over the years to all GP's in my surgery complaining about major fatigue

Should I be shielding if I am offered the flu jab via my doctors?
I am 48 year old asthmatic and have been offered the flu jab from my doctors for years. Although I have never been admitted to hospital with my asthma, I was almost admitted 3 years due to a respiratory virus (which I had 3 courses of oral steroids for). Last may I had a chest infection and was given

Self-isolation. Need some advice.
Hello guys, I know you won't have the answers but I'm just looking for a bit of advice as everyone I've spoken to about it hasn't really got any answers. I've suffered with asthma since I was 4 (I'm 32 now) and as 4 years ago I was taken off of my Preventer inhaler because they deemed my asthma to be

Am I part of the 1.5 million vulnerable patients
As I get a flu jab (asthmatic) every year even though under 65, I thought I would have heard from my GP by now regarding being in this vulnerable group. So far only a generic message txt saying nothing about being vulnerable. Has anyone on here received such a NHS txt

Am I in the vulnerable group
I use Salamol inhaler and should have the flu jab but I’m allergic. Am I in the Coronavirus vulnerable group? I can’t get through to my dr to ask and I work in retail. My manager has been asking for a letter from the NHS but I haven’t received one. Thank you.

Not received the 12 week isolation text,is lupus not included in the list?
Hi all, As the title suggests I have not received a text to self isolate. I suffer from SLE, secondary Raynaud's and Sjogrens syndrome, hypertension, osteoarthritis and B12 deficiency. Currently I am on hydroxychloroquine 200mg, esomorazole, propranolol and calcium and vit D tablets. I had a flu jab

COVID-19
Hi, I work for the NHS and I’ve seen the asthma UK guidance on isolating for 12 weeks. I apparently fall into this category as I am taking symbicort 400/12 two puffs twice daily. I didn’t realise my asthma was severe I knew it was worse then the average. I have not yet received any message or letter
