I got the flu shot last year and the next day I started getting a headache which was told was a migraine that lasted 5 weeks!
It has been a year now and Im still getting these horrible headaches that last a few days at least every month. Prior to this I was really healthy.
I have no idea why this happened and it doesn’t matter what I take as the pain is excruciating. They are so debilitating and even after the headache goes away I feel unusual for a couple of days after.
These headaches affect my sense of taste, give me a weird sensation in my mouth, light sensitivity and like I have a ball in my throat!
I have no idea what to do! When I first got them I went to hospital and they told me to go home and take pain killers but taking pain killers make me feel worse.

I should think you'll find it's just a coincidence your chronic migraines started at the same as your flu jab. Many people have decades of migraine free existence before seemingly randomly start having migraines.
If you are having that many you should see a migraine specialist or at least a doctor with an interest in migraine. If you are taking painkillers more than 6 -10 a month you are in danger of medication overuse headaches which will obviously makes things worse in the long run.
I'm a former chronic migraine suffer (27 years) and had to figure out what my triggers were on my own. It turned out to be chemicals (I was exposing myself to... it was the foods I was eating).
Once I went plant based and eliminated all animal products from my diet, 10 days later, my migraines shut off.
I've cheated several times and pinpointed dairy as the culprit.
I'm now 40 pounds lighter and have been off all my meds and love living g a life pain-free.
Because I'm medication free, I also avoid the flu shot and doing well.
It was dairy for me to - I found out by accident, changed my diet for another reason, then wondered, after 6 months, why I'd not had a migraine... I confirmed it was dairy by eating a cheese sandwich twice, 3 days apart and had a migraine 3 days later... For me, cheese is the worst, I seem to get away with eating butter occasionally...
