Hospital admission
Been in hospital since last week. Brain scan was alright but blood result wasn't . My haemoglobin is 3.2 which is to to be at least 11 which means I would need blood transfusion. Repeat blood was done on Friday but was told result is not back. The consultant said on Friday he will review me today. No

17+6d with identical twins....so excited but so many questions. EDD 1/10/13 anyone else in the same boat??
Hi all, so at my 12 week scan I was a bit shocked to find out that I am expecting identical twins in October, after the shock wore off, (this took a couple of weeks) im ecstatic. Before I knew, I had got my head around having one baby and knew how hard it was going to be as im going to be a single mum

Diet for ITP Patients and is this a curable disease?
I am 39 and was just diagnosed with ITP 3 days ago. It is something very new to me. I had blood transfusion and am now on prednisolone for a week.. is there any special diet for this and is this disease curable?

Update: Last Sunday's fever resulted in 6 days in hospital
Dear ladies, especially those of you who replied to my last post with advice on what to do with a temperature (and thank you for your support). I did end up calling Queen Elizabeth Hospital, B'ham, to be told in no uncertain terms to go in. By then my temperature had risen to 38.5 C. I left the hospital
