Heel pain - much better!
The thing that most helped with the pain (which had spread up my calves and past the knee) was these clever arch support cushions for
plantar
fasciitis
. I wore them round the house for three or four days and they had immediate affect.

Interesting find, b6 as well as b12, and diabetes
Causes
plantar
fasciitis
amongst other stuff, that’s how I came across it. Morton’s toe also means b6 can’t be converted into its useable form, called p5p or PLP. People can have a high b6 level when tested because it’s sitting there unconverted and unused.

Yep it happened ! I woke up sunday morning After run W8R3 got out of bed and thought I stood on something. It was like a needle going into the sole of my foot 😖 now I have the dilemma this far into c25k do I rest or do I do what I'm going to do and drug myself up on paracetamol and finish the course

Last week I didn’t do my normal tues/thurs runs thanks to storm Ellen and my
plantar
fasciitis
playing up. So Sunday’s run I stopped after 4K as I didn’t want to push myself too much after missing two runs. Then this morning I finally ran another 5k and I’m also very happy with my time.

2nd load of b12 loading dose
My gp says i have carpel tunnel( which ive had release surgery done in 2012) and
plantar
fasciitis
. Ive seen a neurologist last year (bloods ok for b12) but shes thought is may be sone form of arthritis. However 5 months ago, my symtoms along with headaches and tiredness was really bad.

plantar fasciitis - corticosteroid
Anyone else with
plantar
fasciitis
and thoughts on the immunity question? BTW.
Plantar
fasciitis
is an inflammation of the fibrous tissue along the bottom of your foot that connects your heel bone to your toes.
Plantar
fasciitis
can cause intense heel pain.

Plantar fasciitis
I’ve lived with
plantar
fasciitis
for a couple of years now. Ive been given stretches to do by a doctor but unfortunately it’s still there. I’ve also been told that sometimes it’s a condition that I may just have to live with.

No Walk in the Park
Wear supportive shoes at all times;
plantar

takes long to heal; hug a pillow when sleeping to avoid pretzel cricks from wrestling alligators! Best to all

Weight-bearing exercise
I have joint problems and
plantar
fasciitis
, so I have been doing some seated exercises. Do they also count as weight-bearing?

The wheels have fallen off the taper train.
Tuesday the pain moved to my heel and it looks like the dreaded
plantar
fasciitis
. It was a bit sore in the mornings or when getting up from sitting but otherwise was manageable. Barefoot walking was/is sore so I've been wearing trainers, supportive sandals or oofos, indoors and out.

I had
plantar
fasciitis
after having my kids and my feet have never been the same, so i need good supporting trainers.

New shoes added 2 years onto fitness age 😱
Got gait analysis done and after internet research and trying a few on settled for Hoka Clifton 7 wide fit, half a size up from my previous flimsy and ancient Nike flex fury which were starting to rub on longer runs and possibly making me suffer from
plantar
fasciitis
(self diagnosed so not sure there

Heel pain - possibly metatarsalgia and plantar fasciitis??
I think I may have
plantar
fasciitis
and metatarsalgia (pain under second toe of left foot) and have been scouring YouTube for solutions. So far, only rolling my foot on a golf ball has provided some relief. Any advice and suggestions would be most welcome. Happy running!

Just finished Week 3 Run 3 and the outside of my knee hurts - do you think I need physio or rest?
I was devastated because I’ve had major foot problems this last twelve months (metatarsalgia,
plantar
fasciitis
, Morton’s neuroma, bursitis,...yes, all at the same time). One year of treatment including orthotics, painful foot injections and only wearing specialist Footwear).

Week6 Run3 Incomplete - Injury!
Finally felt good with the heel and felt the
plantar
fasciitis
was under control, after a couple of weeks of looking after my feet and calves. Had some energy left after a decent day at work so thought I'd continue the programme before doubt sets in - been itching to run for the last two weeks.

Can Magnesium spray cause AF
Also, I have had
plantar
fasciitis
that has been going on since last November, not responding to anything. Thought it worth a try massaging with magnesium oil. Thursday was the first time that I used the oil and I woke in the early hours of yesterday morning feeling that I was going to get AF.

YAY!
After nearly 11 weeks - 2 of which were spent on the injury couch with
plantar
fasciitis
- I finally completed C25K with a run round the marshes this evening. Feel ridiculously chuffed. Mostly because due to an injury that I sustained over 5 years ago I had given up hope of ever being fit again.
