No scan offered!
I have a recurring ovarian cancer. I'm treatable but not curable.I had radiotherapy in January to reduce a recurrence and my Ca125 went down to 21. It's now 48 ash's I'm told I can't have a scan until I have symptoms which strikes me as odd. I was having 3 monthly scans and was expecting one next month

Intake question MSKCC
I had a RP/PND 5 years ago at MSKCC (Dr. Touijer). I had called up cold and was given an appointment for an MRI, followed by a TRUS biopsy (Dr. Ehdaie); everything followed from there. Now, my twin brother presents with an elevated PSA, and wants to be evaluated at MSK. He calls and is told they will

Living with cancer
Hi All, Hope you are all keeping strong and positive, which is not always easy! I was wondering if there is anybody out there who is or has been in my situation. I am stage 3C HGS with three surgeries and three lots of chemo. My surgery was a failure last year as they could not remove all the cancer

Ristova Infusions
Hi thereI was on Amgevita from May last year until December. I got diagnosed with stage 1A breast cancer. At this stage I had to stop the Amgevita. After surgery and radiation I'm ready to go back on treatment. My Rheumatologist suggested weaning me off the Rheumalef (leuflonomide) and putting me on

OVM 200 clinical trial on TV
https://www.newscientist.com/article/2375922-advancing-immunology-the-future-of-vaccine-innovations/ at 6.25 mins is a bit of info about the trial I volunteered for. The ‘shout out’ is for ovarian cancers so I may not have had an immune response but I have heard nothing formally except last weeks scans

Lost fertility
hi ladies, I had my debulking last year at 34, I was trying for a baby and found my cancer accidentally, 3c lgs. At the time I couldn’t have fertility saving treatment and I didn’t care I just wanted to live. Now I’m recovered I’m struggling to come to terms with the fact I have lost my fertility.

Update
just an update from my last post. Martins prostate cancer which has now spread to his liver showed 4 small mets on the latest scan. 1 was large enough to do a biopsy. It is now showing small cell prostate cancer which we understand is quite aggressive. We are still waiting to see if the biopsy shows

Lynparza after Enhertu?
Question about PET scan results. This is my 2nd PET on Enhertu for metastatic breast cancer with great results after the 1st scan. I just received my results from this morning and all organs and liver look clean but there has been some low SUV level skeletal progression. I have a meeting with my oncologist
