SI vs Self-treating
I started using the term self-treating as soon as I started to inject. In the USA I was prescribed 8 weekly cyno 1mg IM then 1mg cyno and 1 mg folic oral daily for life. No further treatment necessary. I did improve but not much. My impetus to self-treat was at first driven to prevent permanent damage

PSA going down, but ALP increasing
I'm 3 weeks into a clinical trial for ARV-766, an AR degrader. At 2 weeks, my PSA had dropped from 133 to 66! Bone pain is much less. All my liver numbers are fine, but alkaline phosphatase has gone from 199 when I started to 429 at two weeks and 519 at three weeks. Doc thinks may just be a surge, but

Back to the search for the best B complex (Thorne being elusive at the moment and didn't do particularly well at keeping my B12 up)... one which contains pyridoxal 5' phosphate Does anyone rate Igennus Super B Complex? All suggestions welcome 🤗

I've had the worst year ever I've have PBC with an overlsp of AIH since diagnosed in 2015 I am supposed to be getting a thoracic spine operation but can't get cleared because my blood keeps coming high on the APTT & PT which means I can't clot and if I can clot I can't have the surgery. Hi everyone, the last few weeks I've had low phosphates and some scary heart events. In 3 weeks I've had 2 IVs of phosphate plus tablets to bring levels up. Since this began I've also been feeling like my heart stops or skips a beat. It then starts beating really fast (140) for 2 minutes sometims more
