New here, with my diagnosis.
I have just had my letter from the hospital with the results of my CT Scan.aThe CT scan shows significant narrowing of at least one of the main coronary arteries and also one of the coronary artery branches. My consultant has asked for an urgent coronary angioplasty. The report shows heavy calcium

Chest pain/pressure
Hi, I have previously suffered two HA’s and received a stent in April last year. I am really fit and regularly walk 10-12 miles a day. I also exercise with weights a couple of days a week. Over the last 2-3 weeks I’ve noticed that I’ve started getting chest pain. I suffer with GERD so can’t really distinguish

Best Ways to improve my EF
Does anyone have any tips to improve my EF, I had a HA just over a year ago and a stent fitted and owing to COVID no rehab was available so I’ve done my own thing and am now back to running 5k once a week and try to do some exercise every day. My age is 70 and my EF is currently 48 can I expect anymore

Post Operative Aortic Valve replacement, single CABG. 2019. Week ago, TIA admission to A&E and ward for 24 hours. Support needed please?
Post Operative Aortic Valve and single CABG July 2019 . On July 28th 2021 I had TIA, out of the blue. Paramedics called, taken to A&E, all investigations carried out, then up to the stroke ward for 24 hours. Home but feeling really shocked, and anxious. Live on my own. Is there a support group for this

Is it possible to take a biopsy of a cardiac artery plaque in order to determine exactly what it contains?
Hi All I was found to have, via CT Angiogram, in July 16, a very high Calcium Agatston score of 1315. I then had CABG in Feb 17 at age 66. The day before I asked if it was possible to do a biopsy of a plaque, to help in identifying what they contained. They said it was not possible. Is this correct?

Asthma
I've had cabg heart op after heart attack back 21 years ago. Always since then I've had pain in left side of chest under ribs at bottom. I blamed it on the heart op. I've recently had lung function tests at hospital and apparently I have chronic childhood asthma! Is that causing all the pain and tight

Feeling of complete exhaustion.
Had a HA May 2020, and had stent fitted. This Feb I had a very bad angina attack and another stent fitted. Obviously various medicines prescribed. My question is I can feel fine for days perhaps even weeks then I get a series of days that if I do anything I feel so tired I could lie down wherever I

Unstable Angina
Had a HA last October small artery to left of heart towards back of heart has narrowed. No stent fitted meds and cardio rehab and doctor said I’d be fine. I’ve got constant pain in my back which sometimes eases or goes away with the spray . I can’t walk up the slightest incline or it gets worse and pain
