Hi Looking for some guidance I have COPD on 24/7 oxygen 0.25 to 4L and bronchectasis. What PEP oscillating devices do people recommend?

Z1R3 the 5k. I braved the heat. Taking the zombie training up a notch.
So
pep
talk to myself done and I decided that I would try running this afternoon. I wanted to see if I could run later in the day as I want to give the sweatshop run community a try. Ok it was hot but I knew that I would be fine without water as I was going for a 5k and nothing longer.

Goodbye Week 7 - Hello wedding outfit!
I didn't really want to get out of bed and had to give myself a bit of a
pep
talk, but once I was in the gear, I was up for it. Although I ran at about 9am it was already very humid, and I really had to drag myself around my route - but I did it and I am glad I am not running again until Saturday.

Tips on how to beat that little voice inside...
Usually I have to give myself a
pep
talk (out loud!) to tell the voice to bu99er off - but it would be nice to know if there are better ways of managing it without scaring the dog walkers and other members of the public that I pass. :) Thanks guys!

I honestly don't know what to do
They all give me the
pep
talks and try to help but none of it seems to stick. I used to live in books, video games, making people and places up in my own mind. Anything with a story I can lose myself in and forget about everything else.

Need a moan. Local cessation service I joined not what I expected.
I thought there would be regular
pep
talks but instead got a quick how are you doing over the counter in front of all the other customers!

Week 8, run 2 and time to say goodbye to Laura
Kept reminding myself of Laura's
pep
talks, especially at the end. I used the top gun soundtrack so there was a bit of a theme going on, although now not sure about "take my breath away" for the cool down walk!

IT'S GETTING BETTER (as The Beatles sang...)
I got fed up with my confounded
pep
talk as i knew I was talking a load of bo*****s! I'd run 3.something K non stop but my body was saying "Stop! You ludicrous popinjay!" So I did as I was told and walked across the park to the A316 where I would start running again.

planning one thing then doing another!
Plus I was feeling a bit low after not running so the idea was to
pep
myself up and go back to familiar territory with Laura & the W9 podcast.

Premature Speedaculation!
Her
pep
talk worked as I mused about how far I could have run this time last year.....er.....the answer was about 10 feet!!! As I lay in my jacuzzi, the jets massaging my joints, I had a look at my Endomondo app and went "What the ****??!"

My first blog as a graduate :-)
The inner
pep
talk worked and I completed 30 mins and continued for another 3!!!! Will try to make 33 mins my goal for the next few runs now. Doing a 5k Race for life on Sunday . Hope to run it all, (well most of it, not sure about the massive hill at the beginning).

Has Seriously Lost My MoJo
God, he does a damn good
pep
talk! So despite feeling so disappointed, I can see now that my body was not quite over the shock of running again on Monday and I did what I could. I TRIED. My Mum too had some lovely words of comfort and now I must focus on my next run on Friday.
