Hi Looking for some guidance I have COPD on 24/7 oxygen 0.25 to 4L and bronchectasis. What PEP oscillating devices do people recommend?

When I inquired to my doctor about these gadgets he said I could do the same with the pursed-lip exhalation technique. If you haven't been taught this just take a deep breath then hold your lips tight while you try to exhale. You can do this while on the O2. I bo't an oximeter, a little battery operated one and it tells % of O2 and pulse rate. Mine was purchased at an online sport supplier as it was cheaper than a "health" store.

checked it for accuracy against the surgery machine and like you found you dont have to spend silly money to get accurate readings. I believe the acapella choice oscillating PEP device is now available via prescription so delighted to have that to support me also. x
