Restless and tens machine = working???
It's 5am here and I'm sat updating my story in the hope of inspiration and perhaps helping others :) Good sleep is a distant memory with pramiprexole and zopiclone only helps a bit. Going for a walk before bed is like smacking the angry bear with a news paper! Lol. So my UK doctor has suggested cold

Update on tapering
One of the gals asked if I would update my progress or process..it depends on the day what I call it. Like everyone...I was having a rough time tapering. Of course, I was anxious about my one eye and that would concern me when the headache would get so severe on the right side of my head. Naturally

What to expect after a laparoscopy?
What should I expect after laparoscopy? I have just had my first ever lap and been told it is endo. I didn’t recover from anything particularly well, anaesthetic, infection etc. But I would like to know if I should have no pain or less pain? Cramping etc? I’m currently on prescription pain relief and

Does anybody have a tens machine and do they find it helps? I’m a bit nervous that it will hurt (I say hurt even though I get painful cramps every day and have haemorrhagic cysts and surgery all the time 😂😂) Thanks!

Hi, I have been having mepolizumab injections for over a year now with amazing results. I have just been offered the shingles vaccine. Does anyone know if this is contraindicated.

Hello all. I'm Jane, I've had panic issues since 1982. For me, just carrying some pills in my pocket helps a great deal. I don't have to take them often, it's that they are there that calms me. I have had it in my mind to try to create something like this for others. My idea is a phone app where you
