Restless and tens machine = working???

It's 5am here and I'm sat updating my story in the hope of inspiration and perhaps helping others :)

Good sleep is a distant memory with pramiprexole and zopiclone only helps a bit. Going for a walk before bed is like smacking the angry bear with a news paper! Lol. So my UK doctor has suggested cold turkey on the pramiprexole to determine how bad my legs will get and if they're causing insomnia (100% they are IMHO)!!!

So with my mate zopiclone we tucked up and got nearly 2 hours sleep before I scored a goal in my sleep and the kicked the lamp! From there it progressed to bollix to this I'm getting up. Popped a zopiclone Got a brew, jumped around watched TV for a bit went back to bed 1 hour later. Queue 2 hours more very troubled sleep but legs getting worse during it.

5am and legs get really bad so I thought right. Got the failed experiment that was the revitive xi torture device out. Whacked it up to 70 which is painful but bearable and let zeus work his magic.

After only 5 minutes of that my legs have behsved for 30 minutes so far :) so I will experiment by a bit more a let you know. But it seems pretty good for instant relief. ( Ill post back how long)

Good night fellow sufferers and legs crossed eh? :) x

In the interests of information the tens machine worked for about an hour or so. Maybe enough to get back to sleep. .. Maybe a longer session will yield better results :)

Hello Omegadcuj, I was just wondering if the Revitive machine still works for you? Do you use it when you have bad symptoms or to help prevent them from starting?
