Hello, I rejoin you all.
Bonjour, I am a 66 years old man, living in France. I have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease two years ago but I remember having suffering symptoms in 1993. I'm taking actually 3 x modopar 125 and one Rasagaline each day. My right leg is troubled and my right arm doesn't balance normally, this

Magnesium which is the best form ?
I currently take Magnesium glycinate made by Barefoot Nutrition as this has no additives or fillers but would Magnesium Citrate be ok instead I’m not really sure how much difference it would make, has anyone used either and have any idea which is best for hypo and sleep ? Thanks in advance 👍

Best FORMS not BRANDS of magnesium, please. Their efficacy, bioavailability and safety too
I’ve just read a post which asks for magnesium recommendations. I was about to recommend my brand, TOGETHER but thought I’d better do a bit of research first and now I’m confused. The brand I take is naturally sourced from the sea and claims to be easily absorbed (bioavailable) but contains the oxide

Spaceship
Once again I’m taking a page out of Kim’s (Bazooka’s) book and I’m being “Good to myself”. I was going to attempt to build the elliptical stepper by myself. I unpacked the box and took a peak at all of the inners. I was able to bring the pieces that weren’t already attached to the mothership and brought

My personal withdrawal from the inhibitor EGCG To add the inhibitor quercetin
I have four years used a GCG to complement my intake of natural sourced levodopa. I finally got tired of the slight nausea that occurs and decided to try a different type of inhibitor, quercetin. I have found a change beneficial. It is going very smoothly and I am sleeping better surprisingly I can sleep

Mannitol for Parkinson's disease
I recently started taking Mannitol based on anecdotal evidence presented in this forum. Thanks to the posters for creating awareness about this option. I am yet to see benefit after 10 days but I believe it takes a few months to give results. Disclaimer: I am taking Mannitol as a supplement at my

Can't seem to stop constant underarm odor
Hello, My wife has had PD for around four years. This strong underarm odor always returns in 1-2 days after a good cleaning. The anti-perspirant deodorants make no difference at all, because she very seldom, if ever, perspires/sweats. I've started using my Brut deodorant on her but that was no help either

Hallucinations
Last trip they gave him halodol which is contraindicated in any
Parkinsonism
and made him more miserable for a day & a half. Hired private aids, but if he’s aggressive I’d need two which is impossible. I’m not sleeping and can’t stop the chatter in my head.
