hi I was diagnosed with apad last year. I had symptoms for 1.5 years prior to that. I am not on medications yet, i have left sided tremor, rigidity, becoming slower everyday and recently feeling imbalance, my hand dexterity getting really bad, Have you all had these symptoms and how much relief

Mum newly diagnosed with MSA-P and we are all struggling
