My personal withdrawal from the inhibitor EGCG To add the inhibitor quercetin

I have four years used a GCG to complement my intake of natural sourced levodopa. I finally got tired of the slight nausea that occurs and decided to try a different type of inhibitor, quercetin. I have found a change beneficial. It is going very smoothly and I am sleeping better surprisingly I can sleep up to seven hours a night on interrupted. So I am no longer following the Silvestro method precisely. And my final evening levodopa includes the Qunol form of Co Q10 and a gabba Plex capsule. Note you should use and interactions checker Before adding cable Plex because some of these components may interfere with other medications. As usual I apologize for the voice app and poor grammar that ensues

Your post is very interesting thank you. FYI I still take a little EGCG About a fourth of what I was. The return to it is because some increase in hypokinesia that I assume is because of withdrawal from EGCG. I don’t know this because of the shock of withdrawal or a benefit not provided by Quercitin. But I reverse the problem by using both of them so all’s well that ends well

The Quercitin in trial has not ended yet. I am experiencing side effects that apparently are related to quercetin. Side effects such as heavy legs swollen knees suggesting it may be affecting my kidneys and adversity call Sean to include constipation. Starting today I am reversing course to see if the symptoms clear up clear up Hopefully I have not done permanent damage. After a week or so I will get back to you guys
