The role of nasal microbiome in Parkinson's disease

Anyone Used Pascoe B12 Depot (Hydroxy)
Hi Guys and thank you all for all your help in my previous posts.... Has any one used Pascoe B12 Depot and did they notice any difference to Panpharma (Rotexmedica) Depot Hydroxy? I know it is stronger and there is only one different ingredient to Panpharma being Sodium Chloride instead of Sodium

Hi all, I've been taking a Magnesium Citrate supplement for well over a year now (got a good supply) and originally started it for heavy, restless legs and sleep problems. I have now come to the end of my supply and 4th day in, without it, the symptoms I've described have re-appeared! My question is,

A distinct astrocyte subtype in the aging mouse brain characterized by impaired protein homeostasis
The aging brain exhibits a region-specific reduction in synapse number and plasticity. Although astrocytes play central roles in regulating synapses, it is unclear how changes in astrocytes contribute to age-dependent cognitive decline and vulnerability to neurodegenerative diseases. Here, we identified

Cisplatin based chemotherapy and neck irradiation for cancer has caused Parkinsonism/MSA symptoms in my husband and no diagnosis yet. Help.
My husband received treatment for head and neck cancer 10 years ago. He’s in remission but the long term effects have caused problems. Now, he struggles with severe orthostatic hypotension; dizziness when standing up and labile blood pressure when sleeping. It’s hard to determine why his swallowing

Using a laptop on top of a pillow on one's chest while laying down to fight insufficient brain waste draining in Parkinson's?
Around five years ago when I was 42, I started developing twitchy wrists, close to the spot on the wrist used for taking one's pulse. I also had trouble balancing food on a fork and holding a glass of water steady. My father thought I might be starting to exhibit symptoms Parkinson's. My father

Three distinct brain circuits in the thalamus contribute to Parkinson’s symptoms
Targeting these circuits could offer a new way to reverse motor dysfunction and depression in Parkinson’s patients. Parkinson’s disease is best-known as a disorder of movement. Patients often experience tremors, loss of balance, difficulty initiating movement. The disease also has lesser-known symptoms
