Cough after embryo transfer
Hi All, I had my 6th embryo transfer yesterday and this time I’m being treated with an immune protocol including steroids and other drugs. I’ve managed to pick up a cough and it seems worse after the transfer. Has anyone experienced a cough/cold after transfer and had any successes please? I don’t have

fainting every time I’m ill
hi, really hoping someone can help! Basically I have an under active thyroid that’s medicated with 100 lethothyroxine which seems to keep my levels ok. The problem I have is every time I’m ill i’ll pass out multiple times a day. Most recently I have a cough/cold virus not nice but also nothing serious

Covid got me - cycle day 9 pre FET 😭
Any similar stories? Or messages of positivity? Currently feeling rubbish and rather sorry for myself after testing COVID positive today with a fever and banging head last night. I was supposed to be in clinic today for day 9 scan pre-FET. I'm so frustrated as I really hoped to transfer this embryo

Covid - Beware Getting Treatment
it’s currently 08.30 in the morning and I have probably had the worst ordeal ever. I tested positive yesterday morning. As is the protocol I rang my Consultants Secretary, she arranged for the paperwork to West Yorks Healthcare (we live in North Yorkshire) Trust. She added to let them know as it was

advice on sulfasalazine and the sun
I have been told by my rheumatologist nurse that I need to start taking sulfasalazine for my reactive arthritis, as I had a steroid injection after taking steroids orally, but it’s still not keeping the joint stiffness at bay completely . I’m not happy as I was under the impression that reactive arthritis

Advice Required
Sorry this is long So I've had a rough summer. Initially really tired in evenings, rang the GP...was told at 46 I'm probably menopausal and what do I expect. A week later my leg swole. I went in said I thought cellulitis, different GP thought more likely clot so scans and anti clot stuff and a basic

COVID!
After a couple of days feeling under the weather, I (finally) tested positive for COVID this morning. I have a headache, and stuffy nose, nothing else. My wife, from whom I probably caught it has symptoms so mild that she didn't even think to test until I came up positive. They sent her home from work

Feeling Cold
Does anyone feel really cold with AF? My partner says he feels cold all the time when he always used to be rather than me.

The dreaded covid
Hi Having recently come home from a holiday, both my husband and I have tested positive for covid. He’s never had it so he’s been quite poorly, I’m the one on watch and wait with CLL, I’m feeling not as rough but I’ve had it a year ago, and have had all the vaccinations offered me and so has hubby.

Chronic shoulder pain
Was initially diagnosed with PMR in April 2022 only to be told a month later by Rheumatologist that it wasn’t PMR but a nasty viral infection. Also had long standing shoulder pain now for over 2 years and neck also very stiff.Had shoulder scanned recently shoeing no tests but SASD bursa distended consistent

4dp5dt and have cold/flu
so I’m just being majorly paranoid and looking for reassurance as yesterday I started developing a cold that seems more like the flu now. Now just overthinking things being like it definitely won’t work now 😳 anyone else managed to get a positive despite this happening or got any stories of reassurance

Sick note
Hello, wondered if anyone could give me some advice. My husband has been off sick from work with Covid for 9 days and he has been quite poorly but back to work now. He only works 3 days a week but needs a sick note to cover him for 2 days. When contacting the GP they told him they don't give sick

Dentist and antibiotics?
Hi - I have a question regarding dentist/hygienist and the need to take antibiotics afterwards (newly diagnosed with ET/JAK2 and still bringing down platelets with Hydroxy). My haematology team recommend antibiotics after any major work, and for the dentist/hygienist not to use too much pressure. The
