Hashimoto's or just paranoia?
Hiya, I'm new here but thought it's probably the best place to ask this question! I get very lethargic in the winter with an increase in symptoms for my anxiety and depression. I've always thought it was SAD but I had a test done for my Vit D levels last year and they were too low. I did a lot of research

Mental health disability that can be treated by movement regimes include: Anorexia nervosa, Bipolar, depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia,
paranoia
. This suggestion is going to get complaints from psychiatrists. It puts psychiatric jobs at risk.

Trauma and PTSD - are you effected?
My trauma is centered upon a very specific time of the year and therefore every year thereafter I go through the motions of
paranoia
. Does anyone else feel like this happens to them?

Just want to go sleep
My PTSD is giving me so much anxiety and
paranoia
today. I feel depressed and I just want to go home and sleep. The news is triggering me like crazy right now, and I don't want to be at work. Can someone talk?

Prozac numbing?
I don’t know if this is just
paranoia
, but I’m worried that the Prozac is somehow numbing my emotions and my thoughts. I still worry a lot and get anxious etc, but not every single second of every day.

Just a theory I wanted to share
I noticed when psychiatric nursing that people before admission has a real terror of authoritys abusing them, typical
paranoia
but then found themselves dragged from their homes by the police, doctors and social workers and then confined in a locked ward where the nurses gave them mind altering drugs.

I suffer from what I think is SAD, in addition to mild depression, a bit of
paranoia
, anti-socialness (i want to be social but find myself drifting away from others), trust issues (even with my own parents and brother).

Extreme paranoia
I'm looking for examples of manifestations of extreme
paranoia
in people with B12 deficiency. Specifically how serious can it get, and what sort of actions have come about as a result of the
paranoia
?

Non-Smokers don’t understand. The quitting battle for me!
I thought I was dying daily, couldn’t wear my Apple Watch because I was always checking my heart rate in
paranoia
. Took over the counter medications as needed and avoided the doctor. I knew this was on me for smoking for 15 years. 1 month later: all withdrawals began to subside.

Strange feeling of calmness after months of stress
to cope with it by smoking marijuana, however a few days ago I had my first panic attack right after I smoked, the doctor diagnosed me with IBS so I stopped smoking marijuana and I expected to feel some withdrawal symptoms which I did for 3 days where I had depersonalization ,depression and extreme

Fear of physical and mental illnesses
I'd also like to add I do experience
paranoia
and bizarre beliefs, but I know in the back of my mind they're not true. I'm only 16, if that helps.
