Extreme paranoia

I'm looking for examples of manifestations of extreme paranoia in people with B12 deficiency. Specifically how serious can it get, and what sort of actions have come about as a result of the paranoia?

The neuropsychiatric effects of B12 deficiency were first observed when a psychiatrist was dealing with a young patient who refused to take tablets but was persuaded to take a vitamin supplement (their intention was to substitute for other medication once the patient was used to taking the vitamin supplement) but the paranoia disappeared with the B12 only.
