I have had severe spinal pain for years. Two spinal ops (both worked for a time) physio and loads of meds. My pain is getting worse over time. Saw a chiropractor early on - wrong advice! I have stenosis, arthritis, spinal problems and fibromyalgia all causing severe pain also sciatica. Was taking morphine

I have NSCLC - I'd felt very optimistic after my first treatment in September ....10 days later, I noticed that where I'd had a rasping noise in my throat for a few months, it had gone, and the following week, noticed that my breathing was improved and needed less ventolin etc to keep the airways open

CBD Capsules? Do they help?
Has anyone found benefits from taking CBD capsules daily (H&B)? GP cant advise. So far managing pain in left knee down leg not good. Taking Amitraptiline, Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, TENS machine, Tramadol - latter really helps, but taking latter sparingly. In system. Expect some surgical repair intervention

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with stage 4 endo about 17 years ago after the removal of 2 10cm complex cysts on my right ovary. I was treated with the usual induced menopause and hrt. After this I have had no symptoms until recently. I had my mirena coil in for 7 years and decided to have it removed

Reduced to 5 mg in one hit and was fine. Tapered by half a milligram every two weeks or a month and now on 2 mg. (minor increase

What symptoms did you have after EC?
I've only had one prior EC but developed bad ohss thereafter. I didn't bleed or have cramps after my last EC but I had a terrible full feeling and could barely move by the end. Today's EC, less eggs but I have spotted. I'm really worried om getting OHSS again but not sure if I'm just feeling completely

Osteoarthritis knee pain eased
I have followed a similar path to many of painkillers and treatments. But two months ago I was so lucky to find some relief. And I can't put this down to any particular treatment or medication. Through a 24 hour day, and for different treatments, I take Glucosamine. Rivaroxaban. Amlodipine. Atorvastatin

It’s back!!
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. The cancer has returned to my husband, same place plus lymph nodes but not spread to organs as yet. To say we are shocked is a massive understatement! He was doing well, eating and putting on weight. In July started with slight pain in left side and back, thought

MRI update on left knee
Results of my MRI came in and show swelling and inflammation with a couple of small meniscus tears probably attributable to my squash playing and running years. Left knee has continued to be painful and I don’t feel my drug cocktail (pred, leflunomide and hydroxychloroquine ) is working. Saw my rheumatologist

Couch to London Marathon: Part 2
My alarm was set for 5:30 – this is the earliest alarm in my phone, now whenever I have to scroll up that far, it is a reminder of what happened in London. I changed into my running gear that was carefully laid out next to my bed, including 4 gels in my running belt. At this point making the decision

Not living with RLS
Hi I'm writing this as I have now been awake for 36 straight hours. I'm beside myself due to my RLS and PLM. Last night after my partner had gone to bed I tried to sleep, but was unable too. The nasty sensation in my thighs, my shoulders and my feet had me walking on my treadmill for 3 hours, I cooked
