Late OHSS?

We are at test day tomorrow, was fine last week but since Saturday I’ve had cramps, Sporadic shooting pains very tired, short of breath from just walking around, loss of appetite and feeling sick. Yesterday I was sick twice.

Sounds to us like OHSS but has anyone else been through this?

We had 20 eggs collected and 1 embryo transferred.

Don’t know what else to do! Drinking lots of water and taking regular paracetamol.

Yes! It sounds like late onset OHSS. It's not fun. Have you tested before test day? The symptoms are rubbish but try drinking flat lucozade sports drinks that contain electrolytes, they helped the pain. You can take paracetamol and try to eat protein as well as lots of water and some gentle exercise. I'm afraid it could last a while. I've had it 6 weeks now... and counting. I know some ladies who have had it for 12 weeks. However, it can be a very good sign as late OHSS is triggered by rising HCG in your system so fingers crossed!
