Intense pain in stomach when I have a period (not menstrual cramps)
I've noticed that when I have periods, I get pains in my stomach. These aren't the usual menstrual cramps either, I get them but this stomach pain is entirely different. Right now as I type this, I am struggling with the pain. It feels like what I would imagine your stomach to feel like if you haven't

plantar fasciitis - corticosteroid
I have had plantar fasciitis for about 12 months and in that time have had one injection of a corticosteroid in the heal of the foot. The pain is now affecting quality of life, walking the dog just causes too much pain, therefore I am trying to obtain another corticosteroid injection. My GP is concerned

How to live with gull bladder sludge
I’ve been diagnosed with gull bladder sludge, I’m in my 20’s & completely healthy no previous health issues. Currently on morphine, paracetamol and laxatives. I’m looking for other people’s experience living with bilary sludge? I’ve been told to change my diet and take pain killers which is ridiculous

Suffering with my coccyx!!!
Seriously struggling, I’m only 8 weeks, and I’m getting such pain in my coccyx, I work in childcare so spend a lot of time on my feet. But by the time I get home I literally can’t move without hurting, I can’t bend without it hurting, even just walking causes it to hurt. I have tried taking paracetamol

Paracetemol extra and the effects
Beware of Paracetemol Extra!!!!!! The packet is the same colour as the normal ones . There is a tiny little red sign saying “extra” . I took them by mistake a year ago and ended up in ICU . It sent my persistent AF into melt down. I did the same this Friday and felt so ill . Living alone in these times

2nd Radioablation today
Hi everyone, I probably shouldn’t be reading posts today. It just emphasises that everyone reacts differently to both the procedure and recovery. Having reread the post ablation sheet, and being glad I’m having a full GA, I will try to just “go with the flow” and not push it afterward. At least this

Is it normal to be in THIS much pain?
The pain is crippling. I’ve had 2 ultrasound scans which showed nothing. The pain comes and goes in waves. On a bad day it’s really bad. The last 7weeks the pain seems to be getting worse. I’m waiting for a date for my laparoscopy. Is it normal for the pain to be mild one day and extreme the next day

Ever experience arms and leg pain after eating gluten?
Hi guys, I've had a fairly easy time of it lately, avoiding gluten, managed to reintroduce dairy with little or no reaction due to some 'good bacteria' enzymes I'm taking and I've had little bloating, gas or discomfort for a good while lately. However, yesterday I had a takeaway. I went in knowing that

Intro and little rant 😬
Hi lovely peeps, I'm Dawn and new to this group. I was diagnosed in 2018 with Fibro, suffered a couple years before being diagnosed. It's such a horrible thing to have, aswell as being frustrating in all aspects. I dont have one specific area of pain, as I get a surprise every day as to where I'm

When life gives you some perspective . . .
Spent this afternoon feeling sorry for myself. Had horrendous tooth ache and nothing seems to have gone to plan at work and considered skipping my hill session and wallowing (it’s not really like me but we all have those days right?) Then I got an email from a colleague to let us know she’ll be taking
