Can anyone help with severe IBS symptoms?
Does anyone have any tips for the best things to eat during a severe episode of IBS? Even drinking water will make my pain worse, been doubled over in bed for a couple of days now and paracetamol and buscopan havenāt helped and am put off food... any help will be sooo appreciated as am very new to this

Iāve been on Fentanyl now Iām on Buprenorphine gabapentin and zapain which is 30mg codeine 500mg paracetamol thatās just the pain and 7 other different medications for other illnesses I have arthritis of the lumbar region right foot left knee left hand which I have steroid injections in every three months

Possible B12 deficiency - lots of pain and tiredness

Over prescribed lemecycline caused liver damage( FATTY LIVER!!)
