Joint pain classes
Our Nuffield Joint
Pain
class teacher is going to be doing 2 days a week at Barbican Nuffield. Aren't you Londoners lucky? Certainly helped me. No sticks needed now. Still can't get my arms much above horizontal doing Angels up against the wall though.

Re: Mild Pain and Inflammation
Directly below the left earlobe (about an inch down), I have been experiencing some mild
pain
. It's only painful when I touch it and it feels inflamed. Symptoms began on Friday, February 16, 2024. Could it be a lymph node, infection, or strained muscle? I've always felt something.

Pain 2 months after surgery
It's been a difficult recovery with infections and
pain
compared to my first one but that's probably due to it was a bigger surgery. I'm over 2 months now after surgery and experiencing a lot of
pain
the last week and half, just getting worse each day ( been in bed for the last few days) .

To cut a long story short, I was at the end of my tether with the
pain
and decided, if the
pain
is psychological I can try reversing this.

Just a touch away: CT-optimal touch perception and its influence on pain and itch
Affective touch inhibits
pain
signals in the brain and spinal cord. Touch is a basic human need and can reduce psychological symptoms. Although affective touch is not currently used as a treatment, it can help reduce
pain
and improve quality of life.

running and endo
Hi all, I was diagnosed earlier this year and enjoy running when not in
pain
. Annoyingly sometimes when I run (for only 25/35 mins) a severe shooting
pain
starts in my legs and an intense contracting
pain
in my womb, I feel like I’m going to faint.

Anyone on Zanubrutinib experience back and leg pain?
For the last few months, I have experienced low back
pain
and
pain
in my upper thighs. This is much worse at night. I stopped for 3 days before and after for a colonoscopy. I am on my 5th day and for the first time in several months I had very little
pain
last night.

Week 7 Run 2
Managed to increase distance by about 100meters, not a lot but considering I forgot to take painkillers for stump beforehand, I'll take that as winning at life, I managed 3.84 km, now that is the most distance I have covered without having to stop due to

Update on safe pain relief
If anyone should need
pain
relief I would strongly advise contacting your team/Doctor as I have done. There is lots of information out there and different hospitals have their own guidelines so always find out which is best for your situation from your own team.

Or any other potential sources for the
pain
? Or something to help sleep through the night instead of the 3am waking up? Thanks much!

headache, throbbing, eye pain & rolling
For the last 2 weeks of Jan I suddenly got really bad headaches (forehead, temple, back),
pain
above and around the eyes. I was nauseous, my eyes felt like they wouldn't focus, kept rolling. My head throbbed and felt incredibly 'full', heavy and hot.

implant Surgery Tomorrow
The dental surgeon says to take 10 mg prednisolone in the morning before having the tooth extracted and implant put in. She knows I’m currently on 3-3.5 mg and has PMR long term. She says the extra is to help with the anxiety/stress and that as my body likely isn’t producing cortisol of its own this

I’ve always looked on this as the “last resort “ for
pain
relief but over the last several days the
pain
has become almost unbearable in my back and radiating into both legs. I'm now having difficulty actually walking. My recent MRI Scan has confirmed further deterioration.
