Lymphatic drainage ,pain and swelling

Good morning I hope you all feel well or better than usual where I have been in so much pain again lots of places u know what I mean but particularly down my right side from neck downwards and just being given different pills again no other info iv been doing research and wondered if lymphatic drainage could help if maybe inflammation which could be a toxin build up is contributing to our pain I have a very large underarm lump on that side they never seem worried about but I'm thinking there's a link what are your thoughts ❤️

Hi Jugglinglife,I find Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is absolutely amazing for my fibro pain.

I started with three sessions abut a week apart. Then, I was able to move to every month. BUT, you need to find the right therapist. There are different types of MLD and as with a lot of therapies not all are as effective as others. I went from permanent hip and elbow pain, to now having it for about a week at the end of the month.

I had to change therapist and the new one isn't as effective, but it's a different type of MLD.

I'm so sorry going online went a bit out of the window I hope ur well and thankyou for replying I still haven't booked anyone the funds still won't stretch lol but prodding along but its something I definitely would like to try drinking lots more water has helped xx
