Pneumonia and Pleurisy- pain
What I can't understand is the
pain
in the left side and yet it's my right lung affected by pneumonia? Maybe the
pain
is pleurisy. I feel so miserable, tired, weak and sore. The
pain
hurts if I breathe in deeply. It really is very sore.

safe painkiller use with tinnitus?
my question is apart from paracetamol which
pain
killer can I use without risking exacerbating tinnitus? I have an old injury that flares up now and again. I used to control it with ibuprofen but I understand ibuprofen is an ototoxic drug and to be avoided for those with tinnitus.

Rheumatologist tapering schedule
I do have trochanteric bursitis which is giving some
pain
and rheumatologist is saying that other aches and pains are due to aging. I don't know what to think as I certainly had no aches and pains before I started pred.

Could I have endometriosis?
However most months from ovulation onwards I have rectal
pain
, bowel issues, sometimes bleeding, bladder issues, a dull
pain
in my left side, and what I would say were severe PMS symptoms, cramping, joint
pain
, sore boobs, anxiety, lower back
pain
.

Naproxen and sleep - too much?
Hi, I have recently tried taking Naproxen as I am in a lot of
pain
with an arthritic knee (knee replacement later this year) plus general aches and found that other painkillers weren't really helping (Ibuprofen, co-codamol) .

Second Ablation Recovery
Last
pain
relief at 7:30pm, stitches out at 11pm. Yes, I know itās only one longer stitch thatās cut first, but anyway, my threshold is pretty high but this brought me to tears. Was given
pain
relief afterwards, but WHY oh WHY?

Post Op abdominal pain
However, each morning between 0300 and 0600hr, I wake up with a nagging
pain
in the lower abdomen just below and to the left of the stomach incision. The
pain
eases when I get out of bed and move about, or take a painkiller.

An interesting week
Pain
so bad I called an ambulance. Temp raised 38. Hospital shoulder xray, diagnosis probably bursitis. Taken to the ward overnight and aspiration of shoulder attempted next morning. Nothing. By this time movement coming back. Diagnosed tendonitis - painkillers and gentle movements recommended.
